Most of us will be familiar with the childhood experience of going into a shop and being reminded firmly not to touch a thing. For some of us an unyielding desire to engage the tactile sense continues to dominate.
You can imagine my delight upon entering Wall St and realising that all the stunning things around me – fabrics, wallpapers, furniture, textiles – were there for exploring, examining and touching.

See how Steph Bruce found an old 1960’s do up and converted it into a creative, lively family home for her growing family and friends – stamping her style on her own house. |

Feast your eyes on these delicious new retro wallpapers from Harlequin. Recently launched, they have caused quite a stir in our wee stretch of the woods. Identity is a stunning collection of eight individual designs, each of which makes a rather powerful statement. These wallpapers are all 'paste the wall' papers, making the hanging even easier than before. The houses look like a row of houses straight out of Tinakori Rd!
The retro lampshade wallpaper is also very stylish and would suit a dining area or a kitchen splashback or even under a kitchen island.
Identity wallpapers are priced from $190/roll
